May 11, 2026·4:344Part 2 of 2 — IntrosWelcome, About me!#intro—4:34transcripttap a line to jump0:01I'd like to officially welcome you to my audio first website my name is Ebunoluwa Alabi and this0:08is my new side project of my new baby as you know many people would say so why am I doing this I got0:16this idea last week I think I was just like sitting somewhere I don't remember precisely0:20where and I was thinking to myself that you know what I want to share more of my thoughts but it0:25does take me a bit of time to get through writing an article and then doing the edit and overthinking0:30it and one of the big things for me this year has been trying to figure out how I can reduce my time0:36between idea to execution I'm someone that always has ideas always have new ideas I always have0:42ideas on things to do new ways of work blah blah blah but just getting the time to see it think0:49through things flesh them out and execute is a muscle I'm still trying to build um as a perfectionist0:56of a thinker I spend so much time in my head and I'm trying to build the practice and the muscle1:02of getting my ideas out and so that is why we are here and so yeah my website would be a playground and1:11a a repository of all of my original thoughts my ideas what I do for work my unique work ideas all1:19my unique work contributions and also all of my thoughts in general about life and also1:25um my thoughts around just interesting things social um polity well I wouldn't talk about politics but1:33just or I might talk about politics like social politics and human psychology and creativity1:42photography filmmaking those are like things I really enjoy and I want to be able to share more1:49of that so a little bit about myself my name is Ebun Alabi I am currently a product manager1:55I work in enterprise tech and I focus on digital accessibility so most of my work is focused on2:02developing guardrails or developing tools that help developers build more accessible experiences2:08and by accessible experiences I mean building software that's usable by everyone regardless of2:14abilities or disabilities and that's a work that I have found has pushed me very very significantly2:22and it has pushed the bounds of my thinking in ways that I never thought that I would need to2:28challenge and so it's been a great and amazing and an amazing experience I also realized that compliance is2:35a part of the work or a specific type of compliance is not that well spoken of and it's mostly an2:44afterthought for most workflows and so most of the things I've been working on and focusing on these2:49years been figuring out ways to make it more default more deeply embedded in the developer workflows it's2:55happening in the background you don't even realize it's happening but it is happening and it is happening in3:00the way that it's supposed to so on one side that's you know like what I do every other day3:06um but my background is in electrical and electronics engineering actually I got my undergrad degree in3:13electrical and electronics engineering from the University of Ibadan the first and the best3:19yes I yeah yeah I'm gonna leave that there and so um after that degree I did get a postgraduate3:27diploma from the Nigerian University of Technology and Management in Technology and Management yes I3:33know so many technology and management and then I got my master's in engineering management um3:40and then I got that from Dartmouth College and so I was new I'm sure for a little under two years and3:46then I moved to California so I'm based out of California now I absolutely love my life and experience3:52in California I have a lot of interests I have a lot of things that I really genuinely care3:57about and I'm hoping I'm able to share more of that here um so yeah if you're meeting me for the4:04first time I'd like to welcome you it's going to be a fun and interesting ride I'm really hoping that4:10because I'm reducing my thoughts to like publish workflow to as little as just having the thoughts4:17pressing record and publish um that would mean I'm consistent here and I'm sharing constantly4:22I'm really really excited to see how this goes and where it gets to and yeah you are welcome4:30you4:30you4:31you← Previous in IntrosTesting, mic check!
